THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS APPLY TO FULL-TIME COMPANY DRIVERS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS & EMPLOYEES
- Wellness program – Offered after 30 days of employment at Russell
- Life Insurance – Offered after 30 days of employment at Russell
- Vacation Pay- After being employed full time with Russell for a minimum of one year, an employee is eligible for paid vacation.
- Holidays Pay– After being employed six months with the company an employee may be eligible for paid holiday
