Standard Qualifications
You Must:
- Have a Class “A” CDL
- Be at least 25 years old
- Have 2 years verifiable over-the road experience
- Meet DOT requirements
- Have a safe driving record
- Have no more than three moving violations and/or accidents in the most recent three years
- Have no more than two moving violations and/or accidents in the most recent year
- Have no DUI/DWI, reckless or careless convictions or incidents within the last five years with no more than one in a lifetime
- No felony convictions
- No controlled substance conviction of any kind
- Be able to fulfill the demands of the job
Operator Provides:
- Tractor - must pass company inspection
- Expenses - all maintenance and operating cost of equipment furnished by Owner Operator
- Copy of Texas Title (front and back) or Texas Title Receipt
- Current Texas vehicle inspection
- Copy of Bill of Sale
- A current 2290 Tax Form - Heavy Vehicle Use / Equipment
Tractor Must:
- No year requirement on equipment. All equipment must pass inspection by Russell shop personnel
- Cabover or Conventional

Pay Scales
We offer Owner Operators:
- 91 cents per mile loaded
- .545 cents per mile empty
- Fuel Surcharge
